I have lost 16kg

I first started following Sam’s programmes 16 months ago. I had at that time had an injury to my leg which I was worried about worsening. I had become unfit and out of shape. Sam steadily increased my training so the injury never became a problem. I have become fitter, leaner and have much more energy. I have even entered 2 triathlons this year. If you do what Sam says, trust her programmes and advice you will reach your goals. I have and more!!
